Any way here it is how to Prepare Dried Chickpeas...
Place the chickpeas in a colander and rinse. Remove any nonfood material that you find. Place the chickpeas in a pan and cover with water. Allow them to soak overnight.
Drain the chickpeas, cover them with water once again and bring to a boil. Turn the pot down to a simmer, cover it with a lid and allow it to cook for 45-60 minutes.The chickpeas should be tender when it is done.
