Sulfate free Shampoos
Always check the ingredients and if you don't know what's in it , it's better to know first and then make the decision .
I stopped using most products that are not natural but since I am in India it is much more difficult to find products that are healthier and better for my health and skin .
Research , Learn , and Teach yourself because you will be able to find out about it unless you do the homework first .

I have been struggling for a very long time with my hair that each time I talk about it the people around me don't want to hear me . I got my hair done today but all it had was everything I am trying to avoid in the products with has lots of artificial ingredients like silicones .
Is there anyone out there who has a step by step simple guide of how they manage their curly hair ?
